I’m Elina Pasok, a London-based hospitality, interior and architectural photographer creating refined, atmospheric imagery for hotels and design-led hospitality brands across the UK and Europe.
I photograph not simply how a property looks, but how it feels to experience it - through architecture, light, materiality, detail and human presence.

A Sense of Place
Great hospitality photography needs to communicate design clearly, feel true to the brand and create a compelling sense of the guest experience.
My approach combines architectural precision with editorial storytelling. I work with a natural sense of scale and flow, while looking for the light, materials, details and quieter moments that give a property its identity.
The result is a cohesive visual library created to work across hotel websites, booking channels, campaigns, press, editorial and social media.
Built around the brief
Hotel photography is both a creative and operational production.
Before a shoot, I consider the property's marketing objectives, intended image use, brand language, priority spaces, styling, natural light, access and operational requirements.
I work collaboratively with marketing, operations, housekeeping and property teams to keep shoots organised and minimise disruption to guests.
My background in creative direction also means I can help shape and refine the shot list where useful - identifying the viewpoints, details and supporting imagery that will create the strongest and most versatile collection for the hotel.
As an in-house photographer for The Montcalm Collection, I work with hotel and marketing teams across a portfolio of luxury and design-led London properties. Other collaborations with: Hotel Saint, BobW, Langham Estate, Grosvenor House Suites, Airbnb.
I have also been selected for the Marriott International EMEA Photographer Accelerator Programme, with specialist development in hospitality and architectural photography, brand standards, pre-production, stakeholder management and delivery.
Combined with nearly two decades in professional photography and creative production, this gives me an approach that is both visually sensitive and commercially practical.
